ROAD WORTHY CERTIFICATES

In Victoria a Certificate of Roadworthiness is generally required when a vehicle is sold, if a used vehicle is to be re-registered, Vehicle Defect Notice and a Notice of Unroadworthiness which may have been issued by the police.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We strive ourselves on customer service. Every job is detailed and checked off before you arrive to pick up your vehicle.

Our service includes updates on your vehicle during the day on any concerns that may arise during servicing.

EXHAUSTS

The George Halls Auto Service team are experienced in checking your exhaust systems for leaks, damage and deterioration. We replace your old exhaust with quality mufflers, and components parts.

We can also test exhaust emissions and operation of catalytic converters and oxygen sensors with our gas analyser system.

Rest assured your vehicle is in good hands.

BRAKES & CLUTCH

Brakes are very important part of your vehicles day to day use and therefore we pay allot of attention to brake pads , discs and brake shoes on all our vehicles. .

Disc and drum machining and hydraulic overhauls are also available. Our preferred brake supplier is Bendix brakes, www.bendix.com.au

Our staff are experienced in traditional clutches and the modern Dual Mass fly wheel clutch assembles. We also offer Dual Mass to traditional clutch conversion kits.

ENGINE REBUILDS AND OVERHAUL

George Halls Auto Service have the expertise in minor and major engine repairs. Our staff have many years of experience with all makes and model engines.

Should any vehicle have engine issues we can give you an on the spot assessment of the health of your engine.

PRE PURCHASE VEHICLE INSPECTIONS

We at George Halls Auto Service test and assess the condition of any vehicle. We encourage you to get any vehicle checked by our staff as this gives you peace of mind before you commit to any new vehicle purchase.

Our pre purchase inspections involve checking of any previous crash damage, reliability, and model history.

VEHICLE ROUTINE SERVICE

We’ll ensure all checks, measures and replacement service items are carried out in exact accordance with how the manufacturer intended. We carry out a logbook service on any new or used car according to the manufacturer’s specifications and only use quality parts and lubricants.

We also have experience in carrying out all service fleet vehicles including trucks.

AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING

George Halls Auto Service has the latest air conditioning equipment to test your vehicle for leaks, damage and deterioration to any hoses, seals or components.
